General — working with an agent
For you — nothing. Our commission is paid by the insurer out of the premium, which is set anyway. In practice, a proper comparison between insurers usually saves more than any commission difference.
A site compares price; an agent compares coverage, fits it to you — and most importantly, stands by you on claim day. The gap shows exactly when you need help.

Claims
Depends on the type: simple property claims usually close within weeks; complex ones take longer. We push, follow up and keep you posted — you chase no one.
A rejection isn't the end. We examine the reasons against the policy, and if there's a basis — we appeal and fight. A significant share of rejections are reversed on a reasoned appeal.
Photograph everything, keep documents and receipts, and commit to nothing with anyone — before talking to us. The earlier you report, the smoother the handling.
