Our commitment to accessibility

Binyamin Insurance Agency places great importance on providing equal and accessible service to all clients, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The site's accessibility adjustments follow the recommendations of Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility at level AA, and the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

What we've done on the site

  • Full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link.
  • Clear page structure with consistent headings and menus.
  • ARIA attributes to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Proper color contrast between text and background.
  • Alternative text (alt) for images on the site.
  • Fully adapted for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Full support for Hebrew and Arabic right-to-left layout.
  • An accessibility toolbar for enlarging text, high contrast, highlighting links, and reducing motion.

Office accessibility

The office is located at Yerushalayim HaBira St. 8, Beit She'an. Opening hours: Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–16:00.

Accessible parking is available near the office. The office itself is reached by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.

Clients who have difficulty reaching the office can receive all our services by phone, WhatsApp, and email, or arrange an alternative meeting in advance by video call or at another accessible location.
